Processing time for all products is approximately 2 days.

All items in stock will ship within 1-3 business days.

All items that is not on hand will require a 7-14 days processing time.

All custom unit orders have a 10-14 days processing time. Time varies depending on the volume of orders.

All ready to ship units will ship within 1-3 business days.

Shipping: All products are shipped via “Priority Mail”

Shipping for products and hair extensions is a flat rate of $8

Shipping for all custom units is a flat rate of $15

Refund Policy:

Due to Covid 19 & Sanitation concerns, there will not be be any refunds or exchanges allowed on units or hair
